- All in all, this isn’t an entertaining experience. There are many versions of WWE Raw. Starting from WWE ‘12, every title onward is a better alternative. All show, no play. One good aspect of WWE Raw is that it successfully captures the atmosphere of the TV series. The music and audience noise, heckling, and all that are found in the game.
- WWF Raw is probably one of the best wrestling games I've seen for the 16-bit platform, and while I personally don't go in for this type of button-smashing fest, the presentation is well done. Acclaim couldn't have picked a better vehicle for a no-holds-barred, hit-'em.
- With 2002's WWE Raw PC being the only viable Wrestling PC game around, the game filled a void for many players who could now have a real wrestling PC game. But that void lasted for isix years/i, although there was many mods coming out,there was not yet a FULL conversion of the entire game, (WWE Raw: Ultimate Edition was aiming for this but was never released).

WWF Raw (also known as WWE Raw or WWF Raw is War, depending on the version) is a wrestling video game released on the Microsoft Xbox and Microsoft Windows by THQ in 2002. It is based on the television series of the same name.
It was the first WWE game released on the Xbox and also the last WWE game released on PC until the release of WWE 2K15 thirteen years later in 2015. It is also the last game released under the WWF name, as the World Wrestling Federation changed its name to 'World Wrestling Entertainment' in May of that year. A sequel, WWE RAW 2, was released in 2003.
