SEGA Revs Up the Engines for Daytona USA
Daytona USA: Deluxe Download (1997 Simulation Game) Computer owners can experience an enhanced version of Sega's hit arcade racing game with Daytona USA Deluxe. Designed for Pentium processors, Daytona USA Deluxe for PC expands on the original Daytona USA coin-op by offering a choice of eight cars for competition on six tracks or circuits. On DXWND, click Edit, then Add and click on. Find DAYTONA.EXE file, check Optimize CPU load, Correct mouse position and Do not notify on task switch. Go to the DirectX tab and check Primary Buffer in Emulation; Click OK then you can double click Daytona on dxwnd list to open the game. (1) Delete all the dgvoodoo files from the Daytona folder (2) Download DxWnd here (3) Unzip the DxWnd files to any folder, then run DxWnd.exe. (4) Select Edit Add from the taskbar (5) At the next screen, enter the path to your Daytona USA Deluxe.exe in the 'path' box. tossbag, music may be Redbook, normal CD audio tracks, as you would have to download the ISO version and run with that in a virtual drive. It might not work with all virtual CD drives. Redbook was most common at the time, and explains the difference between rip and ISO sizes.
